All Cub Scouts should purchase and wear the official Cub Scout uniform with the configuration determined by the den level. The uniform is worn at most pack and den meetings (depending on the activity planned) and should consist, at a minimum, of the shirt, cap, neckerchief and slide, and belt. Other items are optional for wear.

The uniform configuration for the dens is as follows:
Tigers (1st Graders)
Shirt—The official blue uniform shirt is available with long or short sleeves.
Cap—Official navy-blue cap with orange front panel and tiger cub emblem
Neckerchief—Triangular neckerchief is orange with navy-blue trim for Tigers
Neckerchief slide (note: either the Cub Scout or Tiger slide is acceptable)
Belt and buckle (note: either the Cub Scout or Tiger buckle is acceptable)
In addition, all Tigers should have a copy of the Tiger Handbook and bring this to all den and pack meetings.
Wolves (2nd Graders)
Shirt - The official blue uniform shirt is available with long or short sleeves.
Cap - Official navy-blue cap with yellow panel and wolf emblem
Neckerchief - Triangular neckerchief is gold with navy-blue trim for Wolves
Neckerchief slide - with Cub Scout emblem
Belt and buckle – buckle should have the Cub Scout emblem
In addition, all Wolves should have a copy of the Wolf Handbook and bring this to all den and pack meetings.
Bears (3rd Graders)
Shirt - The official blue uniform shirt is available with long or short sleeves.
Cap - Official navy-blue cap with blue panel and bear emblem
Neckerchief - Triangular neckerchief is light blue with navy-blue trim for Wolves
Neckerchief slide - with Cub Scout emblem
Belt and buckle – buckle should have the Cub Scout emblem
In addition, all Bears should have a copy of the Bear Handbook and bring this to all den and pack meetings.
Webelos (4th and 5th Graders)
Shirt - The official blue or tan uniform shirt with long or short sleeves is acceptable
Cap - Official olive cap with a plaid panel bearing the Webelos logo.
Neckerchief - Triangular neckerchief is plaid for Webelos
Neckerchief slide - with Webelos emblem
Belt and buckle – buckle should have the Webelos emblem (note: when wearing the tan webelos shirt, the olive, not the blue, belt should be worn and with the Boy Scout buckle)
In addition, all Webelos should have a copy of the Webelos Handbook and bring this to all den and pack meetings.
Required Insignia
All shirts come with the American Flag and “Boy Scouts of America” strip already sewn on. You will need to purchase some additional patches to complete the uniform. (note: although all patches may be sewn on, you may purchase the “Badge Magic” adhesive sheet formatted for Cub Scout uniforms – highly recommended)
